What is your venue capacity?

We can comfortably accommodate 70 people seated with room for decor, food, etc.

What are your hours of operation?

Our customer service hours are Wednesday- Sunday 10AM-6PM. Our venue is available for events from 8am-12am (or until 1am on a case by case basis). Venue visits are by appointment only.

Can I book fewer than 6 hours?

Six hours is the smallest time block we offer. In our experience, it gives you enough time to load-in, decorate, host your event, and load out without having you or your vendors stressed and rushing.

Can we arrive early for set-up or stay late for clean-up?

Your access to the suite begins and ends at the times listed on your contract. If you think you will need additional time, please let us know so that it can be included on your contract and invoice.

Do you offer payment plans?

In short, yes. To reserve your event date and time, a retainer of 1/3 or 1/2 of the total amount is due with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your event date. You are welcome to pay in any increments you wish after your retainer payment is made as long as your balance is paid by the due date.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. All events require a refundable security deposit of $300 and is due prior to the start of your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, as well as cash.

How do I book?

You can begin the booking process by filling out the contact page form here or sending us an email at info @suitefete.com. Once we have gathered all of the necessary information, you will receive a contract and invoice to submit your retainer payment.

Can I take a tour?

Absolutely! We would love to give you a tour and you can schedule one here. Tours are by appointment only.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is allowed. However, a licensed bartender is required. You can provide your own licensed bartender or we can provide one for you at an additional cost.

Are outside vendors allowed?

Yes, outside vendors are allowed. You are responsible for ensuring your vendors are aware of the venue rules and utilize the venue and its amenities accordingly. Use of DJs must be disclosed during booking.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Yes, ofcourse! While we do not allow cooking onsite, you or your caterer  are more than welcome to bring in your prepared items for your event.
